David, I respect your thought on this but this is a pipe dream no  
hundred million can fulfill.  Disney sneezes $100 mil and they have  
fought for copyright extension extensively.  Getting US copyright law  
changed requires a political movement, and a few hundred legislators  
growing a background to corporate graft, not necessarily money.
