Anyone on en:wp get this to work there yet? I tried:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Lar/dellinkNowCommons.js
(and called from my monobook) but I am not seeing anything extra like a
delete link when I view an image in
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Images_with_the_same_name_on_Wikimedia
_Commons
(these all have NowCommons templates in them)

If you got this to work, please let me know, I want to crib from you.
