There is no way for a sysop to unban themselves. Only ANOTHER SYSOP can
do this.

I have done it (to check the messages banned players get on nl:), and if
one has banned oneself (or has been banned by another sysop), one can
unban oneself, then unban one's own IP address without any problems. Problems
only occur if one tries to unban one's IP address while still being banned
oneself, the IP address will then automatically be re-banned. But this is
easily solved by _first_ unbanning oneself as a registered user, and only
_then_ unbanning one's own IP address. That way there is nothing to worry
about.
