To quash the exaggerated rumors of my death, I'll point out that
I have recently arranged my life to have more time to get back into
to fray here (including resubscribing to Wikitech--I'm currently
reading up on the current hardware setup--miles away from when I
installed everything on Pliny and Larousse). I've spoken at
conferences and such before, and would be happy to do so for
Wikipedia. I'm a die-hard techie, but I can pretty competently
talk legal/social issues too (especially copyright law, open source
community, etc.)
Real, real nice to hear from you again.
