You can use Special:Recentchanges to find recent changes and clean up
that way.

Is this wiki meant to be public? I assume so since it is getting
spammed. But you should add it to
http://wikistats.wmflabs.org if it is
public.
Well, you should add it soon. Right now you can't but hopefully you
will be able to later today.
