allow del and ins, other xhtml tags might be worth to allow as well

I was under the impression we were trying to reduce, not increase, the
amount of arbitrary HTML.
<s> is currently allowed, but it's not adding any semantic information.
Del on the other hand has a clear meaning in the xhtml 1.0 specs.
Similar with ins, although i'm not sure that's really needed. Generally,
i think starting to replace deprecated non-sematic elements with modern,
more meaningful equivalents makes sense if there's no good wiki syntax
equivalent for it available.
I agree that acronym isn't needed, that's much better done in wiki
links.
Another thing is font vs. span- font is deprecated, span with arbitrary
allowed style information wouldn't be much better on the other hand. A
few pre-defined classes that are meant to be used in the content might
help here.
