Mav, I understand your deept trouble. And I agree
wholeheartedly it is wrong to threaten people.
You certainly removed that very offending text.
Fortunately, page history will keep track of such a
threat, and will make it possible to estimate the
extent of it.
On which page is that threat by the way ?
I may have been wrong in banning the IP from en.wiki
but I don't appreciate thinly veiled threats on my
life.
I don't understand very well...Didn't you say you
banned this ip from the en.wiki *before* the threats
were made ? If so, how threats coming after the ban
could have had any influence on the ban decision ?
Can we ban all this users IPs and perhaps call the
cops?
I have not been able to understand what were the
reasons for complaint towards these ips, except for
the ulterior threats made on you.
Decisions for hard-security are *unfortunately* taken
in cases of pure vandalism, such as goat image
posting, or defacement of articles. Have these ips
been doing such things ?

There is very little evidence 142 and 24 are the same
persons here. I fail to see what supported banning 142
under the affirmation he is 24, the latter not even
being banned any more.
Or is this an incorrect interpretation?
Please, do provide evidence to support your conviction
these adresses are from the same person, and further
evidence that both require banning.
Thanks to all contributors.
