Um, I think that he means Lenin. As I understand it, Marx mainly
concentrated on the downside of Adam Smith's vision. He would, I
expect, have been as appalled by the alienation and exploitation of
the labourer under Marxism-Leninism as he was under late Victorian
laissez-faire capitalism.
