Err. This is a proposal. First there is a general notice as to whether
people think it's a good idea, and if no-one objects (in a forum as large as
this, real consensus is... rare), it is implemented; only if there are any
direct objections, or there is indirect worry of others' such concerns
under-represented here, should there be anything as crude and anti-Wiki as
"a vote". This is known as "the Wiki way". No?
