An attempt to block an anonymous user results in the following error message:

 

A database query syntax error has occurred. This could be because of an illegal search query (see Searching Wikipedia), or it may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:

INSERT INTO ipblocks (ipb_address, ipb_user, ipb_by, ipb_reason, ipb_timestamp, ipb_auto ) VALUES ('64.208.58.117', 0, 13800, 'another attempt at blocking user','20031204050338', 0)

from within function "Block::insert". MySQL returned error "1062: Duplicate entry '2147483647' for key 1".
