Someone named User:Tester seems to have created multiple user names today.  He's created User:Groessler User:Opus33  User:Wartortle User:Josh Cherry User:Donnie Ng and User:Tester.  He then immediately went to the VfD page as Donnie Ng and placed several opinions on whether to keep articles or not.  This behavior has me curious.

There's no specific policy against it, but it's generally considered
uncool unless you have a good reason.

I would say that multiple usernames are really only a problem if they
are used as a method of troublemaking of some sort. For example, to
generate an appearance of consensus, or to vote more than once, or to
hide from public scrutiny.
