Hi,
To see the html, you have to change the extension from ".rtf" to
"htm." Then open it in Dreamweaver and you will see a web page. I think...

Yes, that's what I thought you would think, and I would agree. Ok,
I've prepared a very basic html version of a possible mail, but I
can't get it to work in an email (it works from Dreamweaver to preview
in browser), so I'm attaching it as a text document so you can preview
it yourselves - hope it works. There's loads missing but just to get a
sense of layout - what do you think? I don't know if the image will
appear for you - I seem to have it configured wrong my end - but it's
just the wikimedia logo. Finally, will I just go ahead and post a
message to interested people and tell them the link is there, and that
the mailing list will soon be set up? And final name for the mailing
list? WikimediaFoundationInfo?
Cheers
