[Xmldatadumps-admin-l] All snapshot halted

Tomasz,

I just noticed that the 11/28 enwiki page history dump is now marked
failed.  Does that mean that it wasn't recoverable? If so, does it look like
the 20100130 dump will complete, assuming no more outages?
