[Xmldatadumps-admin-l] Archiving old EN, DE, FR Database dumps from 2008

Dumps is running low on space after the recent set of database backups.

dumps.wikimedia.org:/export/dumps
                       3.7T  3.5T  203G  95% /mnt/dumps

And I'm looking at some quick cleaning of house so that when the current 
  EN, DE & FR dumps finish we actually have somewhere for them to stay.

I'll be archiving the following on amane for now and then seeing what 
space we have available for permanent storage. By moving these we will 
not be deleting them but instead taking them offline from the main 
download site. This is a temporary measure till we finalize the hardware 
  for these backups.
