Depends what you mean by patrol. If the end result, after 37 edits
with 16 different editors, is that one sentence has been added, and
it's a good one, then theoretically speaking, you would want to mark
the lot as "patrolled, good edit", yes.
Whether the patrolling extension works like that I don't know.
