You have to submit a bug report so we can add support for Lmo language
in MediaWiki.
Just open a bug on
http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/ with a title like
'Support for Lmo language' and attach the two files. Make sure they are
encoded using utf-8.
You can also have a look at our localisation guide, but it is more about
fixing existing language files:
