We are discussing its application to Commons, which is a separate
issue. Please read the thread more carefully.
I agree entirely that it is good on Wikipedia -- to have separate
content on Wikipedia is not practical. But on Commons, it is.

There's such discussion regarding whether such converter is implemented or not
(this is composed by Vipuser according to the page history), however Node ue
and I disagree with these because there will be some problem if such converter
is being implemented. See also the talk page for Node ue:
