*Purpose*
Address deficiences in existing SpamBlacklist
extension<http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/SpamBlacklist_extension>and
$wgSpamRegex filter.
*Scope*
Add new extension to enhance spam filtering with multiple regex patterns
and with maximum control at the local wiki.
*Benefits*
Empower small wikis. Leverage the spam patrol resources of large wikis.
Unbalance spammers by presenting them with multiple anti-spam strategies
instead of just one central strategy.
*Current status*
Proposal phase - reviewing requirements and seeking developers.
