The semantics also do not match the semantics of CPP #if, but the visual
representation will bring that to programmers' minds.
This is closer to CPP #ifdef. If not changed to "#ifdef", I foresee
eons of queries and errors.
Maybe this is the devs hinting that they don't want to turn wikisyntax
into a fully fledged programming language. Make people stop and think
"hey, this isn't exactly the same implementation as in so-and-so
language... oh wait, that's right, this isn't so-and-so langauge, it's
just wikisyntax."
