them.
Because rollback (unless I'm misunderstanding that term) is just a
shortcut for an action that any user, even those not logged in, can
take anyway - that is, go into the history and undo changes that have
been made by other users. Granting full admin status, on the other
hand, allows actions that are simply *impossible* for other users,
such as deleting articles such that their entire history is hidden
from general view. Maybe I am misunderstanding, though, because it
seems to me that you hardly need to be "so trusted" to have rollback
at all.
