The main pages appear protected, but anyone can edit them. And ips can
vandalize it.
meta [[Main Page]] is currently protected against moves only, not
against edits.
fr [[Accueil]] is protected against moves and edits, and I cannot edit
it as an anon. The protection log shows it was unprotected and
reprotected a few minutes after a vandalism reversion.
