In 1.5, you can use dumpBackup.php to do a full XML-format dump of all
pages, with or without history.
In 1.4 or earlier, you can fairly simply read current page text out of
the 'cur' table, old revisions in the 'old' table (may be compressed).
You can also use Special:Export to grab individual or multiple named
pages in XML dump format, with or without full history.
