That's my point - I did, and I changed the $conf->ScriptPath line as
follows:
$conf->ScriptPath = "/wiki";
This stops the index.php from redirecting somewhere wrong, but all the
URLs are still broken with "/execscriptdir/php.cgi" instead of
"/wiki".
1) Check that $wgScriptPath and $wgArticlePath are set correctly in
LocalSettings.php
2) Check that what you're seeing isn't a cached version from before
you fixed it: does an edit preview render the correct links? If so,
you can use the URL parameter "action=purge" (in place of
"action=edit") to manually clear MediaWiki's internal cache of a page.
I believe you can also empty the database table responsible for
storing it, but I'm not 100% sure how.
3) Remember to also by-pass / clear your browser's cache - usually by
holding down either shift or control while clicking the refresh
button.
