Something like wikibots-l or similar.
Pywikipediabot has a mailing list. If you're hacking up yet another
wikipedia bot framework, you probably should avoid duplicating effort...
http://pywikipediabot.sourceforge.net/
You and other Pywikipediabot fans keep saying that on this list, but it
never changed the fact that people are more passionate about writing
their own scripts than they are about learning some obscure
never-heard-of programming language for the only purpose of reading
someone else's code which will probably turn out to be unsatisfactory
anyway.
I'm not a Python programmer (whitespace as syntax? eww) but this seems
a little inflammitory. Python *is* a reasonably popular language, and
even those who don't know it can usually read it fairly easily.
Having said that, the Pywikipediabot list is probably not an
appropriate place for non-Python programmers to discuss wikibots, just
as wikitech-l isn't an appropriate place to debate programming
languages. Creating a language-neutral forum might be a good idea.
