I have some questions re. the current user preferences, as can be seen
on testwiki

The screen layout of some but not all user preferences option pages has
been fully re-arranged by avar so that the options are no longer line by
line, but one after the other.
I think, this format is unclear and wonder, whether there was a decision
to change it in that way.
