I haven't heard anything about such a thing, but I've been thinking
for a while that it would be a good idea; you never know, I might even
get round to doing it myself. Out of deference to wiki tradition,
though, it would probably end up being called Special:InterMap if I
had anything to do with it. :)

That's only for *internal* interwikis (between projects) rather than
the wider set of prefixes, which is more like what you could call a
"WikiRoll". That's currently managed for Wikimedia projects at
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Interwiki_map
