computer. They shouldn't need to use the Wikimedia servers for that.
I guess it will not happen that often. And if it happens often, it is
no problem neither since the images are cached.
Remember the user who read the description page wants to see a
suitable picture, but he does not want to download more than 100KB if
this isn't necessary.
