[Wikitech-l] es.wikipedia converted to utf-8

es.wikipedia is now converted in utf-8. If somebody could clear the mediawiki: cache, that
would be perfect :)

If everything goes well, it would have take less than an hour, without downtime, only
readonly. The complete db dumped is 1GB
