Well, we could consider using thttpd for the CSS and images on
Wikipedia, but I'm not sure if it will provide that much more speed
(considering, at the very least, the CSS files are mmaped by Apache, and
the images and the CSS are cached by the clients. It might make a
little difference, but I certainly don't think it would be worth the
effort. If other people think differently, well, then, speak up...
