I have detected that you can reach
http://de.wikipedia.org/tarballs/[cur|old]_table.bz2 if you link to it.
You can not browse
http://de.wikipedia.org/tarballs/ , but
http://www.wikipedia.org/tarballs/de/
Any reason for this different behaviour?
Probably just laziness in creating the directories. I should
also point out that the English tarballs are absent on pliny at
the moment, because I moved them to larousse. When the servers
are both up, we'll come up with a plan for regular backups.
