I removed session_xxx() functions and its seem to now working very well !

wiki.phtml is the entry point for the script. If you want you can rename
it to index.php or something.

Logins require session support... this stores a file in a temporary
directory on the server which is matched up with a randomly-assigned
cookie. Apparently they've done something weird with the server
configuration so the temporary directory isn't accessible. You can bug
them to fix it...
