Let's do it.  Sounds like a great idea.  Copyvios are a big problem in
that it can put Wikipedia in legal trouble, and most of the copyvio
images are uploaded by new or inexperienced users who think that just
because something is already online they can upload it to another site
online.  This will help cut down on those problems and will really
take a load off the back of the poor people who tirelessly deal with
bad copyvio images.
