Well, that's typically what is transwiki'd to meta from English, but 
it's up to the local community what (if anything) gets transwiki'd to 
meta. Of course if he's reverted he shouldn't then revert back 
(especially since it's not his usual project) but making the edit in the 
first place seems fine with me.
