Hello, I wanted to ask, it is possible to start a new Wikipedia for the dialect "Kölsch", which is spoken into and around Cologne (Germany). In Cologne I know a few persons, would have interest at this Wikipedia (-Language). Yours sincerely Florian Pranghe
