This template syntax does not look inviting (on the German discussion
list we already encountered several complaints). I'm still wondering
why we cannot go for proper SGML, e.g.:
<description>
<image_description>Picture of the Yokohama harbour
<image_author>G. Blanchard
<image_source>From my homepage
http://foo.oeg
<!-- or: <image_source>&Personal_work -->
<image_licence>&GFDL
And yes, displaying the most recent description from common on the local
project page read-only would be a good idea. Then local users can
easily add a translation below.
