Michael, this is a very good idea and I read it with much interest.
Several attempts have already been made with the goal of keeping people 
informed, and most have basically failed becuase of lack of people 
motivated to keep up with the good work. I hope very very much that you 
stick to it and find other editors to help you, because the result is 
very nice.
