This is regarding selection of articles needed for a paper Wikipedia.
Is such a query feasible or framable? This might be of use!
According to my experience in Tanzania, students who have access to
internet belong to the English-speaking and culturally non-african
africans (they are called "black whites"). Obviously, I can be wrong!
