is currently 15 years old.

Also according to his user page, Node_ue is currently getting  
home-schooled.

This suggests to me that Node is a very young contributor (nothing  
wrong with that) whose "Real World exposure" may be be limited.
It might be a good idea to take that into account in any potential  
deliberations.
