Yes. Such links should be removed instantly.

No. I'd rather not have links to a race of fictional space aliens on  
articles like [[World War II]] or [[Rwandan Genocide]]. The absence of  
such links is the only reason I agreed to having a Klingon Wikipedia in  
the first place.

If any change to the status quo is made, that should be preceded by a  
democratic poll like the one currently running on [[m:Wikinews]]. Anything  
else is unacceptable.
