[Wikipedia-l] de-sysoping/de-bureaucrating a user

Hi,

I have a question: how do you take away the sysop&bureaucrat status from a
user ? After discussion on our Wiki, we all came to the conclusion that one
of our sysops who is a bureaucrat as well, should be removed (for those who
speak luxembourgish ->
