 Free Wikipedians,

I have checked Special:Allpages page, and discovered the followin tag:

<meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" />

And this may negatively impact rank of Wikipedia in different search
engines.
Could anyone explain me why this tag is put there?
Is it possible to remove it?
