Hello,
I've noticed that references to english wikipedia
most of the time bring you to
en.wikipedia.org, and
the wikipedia link from the wikimediafoundation page
brings to the "provisional portal of wikipedia", a
multilingual attempt in meta.wikipedia.
When will a multilingual portal be installed in
www.wikipedia.org?, so as to avoid a link to a
"provisional portal" ?
