[Wikipedia-l] New mailing lists: mediawiki-l, wikilegal-l

MediaWiki-L is intended mainly for announcements of new versions, major 
bug fixes, security issues, and the like to people using MediaWiki to 
run other wikis without subjecting them to the nitty gritty goodness of 
wikitech-l:

Wikilegal-L can be used as necessary for the specialized nitty-gritty 
licensing, copyright, and incorporation legal issues:

If someone would like to admin wikilegal-l, let me know. (This mostly 
means rejecting the occasional spam and accepting the occasional post 
from a non-subscribed person. Also being able to set up the list pages.)
