The debate at Talk:Lists of postal and zip codes of the world/Delete

. seems inconclusive, so there wasn't much of a decision there.  The 
move to ps seems to have come as a convenient afterthought that really 
didn't get much discussion.  It should be sent back to Wikipedia where 
all the linkages can be established.
