But we can solve this in a tricky way: installing 
"Wikipeda-Foreign-Law-Server". Articles about Disney you store and serve 
from somewhere outside of California and so on ... ;-) Possibly some 
island ;) It's done with money, and thats more complicate to transfer 
than wikipedia articles ;)
