How about something similar to http://ee.www.ee/filosoft/html_speller_en/ ?

There you either enter in the raw text or URL of where the text is that you 
want to check and then another page opens with possible misspells crossed out 
with asterisks next to them. You click on the asterisk and a HTML popup box 
displays some possible correct spellings.
