That is somewhat open to question. While current case law that I know
of points that way there is a fair bit of legal opinion (includeing
the stuff in Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp which does cover UK
law). suggesting a future case would go the other way. Problem is no
one on either side really wants to be a test case.

Depends if you include any buildings in your film and how old they are.
