Yes, but we're a general encyclopedia, not a subject encyclopedia,
and not a compendium of subject encyclopedias. This is a very
important point - especially for popular culture articles.
I don't agree with that at all---I think we should be precisely a
compendium of subject encyclopedias, albeit woven together in a way that
the general reader can navigate from general to specific articles and
back again in a reasonable manner.
