I would strongly urge us *not* to make the mistake of assuming that
"edited by a logged-in user" equals "approved by a logged-in user".
We
should *not* be forcing people to take responsibility for whole
articles if they simply fix a typo, add a category, or tweak an
interwiki link. Bad, bad idea.
You could always add a checkbox for this (though I would think adding
a category or tweaking an interwiki link would suggest that one does
not think an article is suitable for deletion).
