Single User Login (SUL) _is_ coming soon. This means that someone with a
login on the Russian Wikipedia will be able to have the same username on
the English Wikipedia (just as an example).
The question is, are we ready for this?

Nothing is keeping users from creating a separate account under another name
if they want to have different identities on different wikis for a
legitimate reason.
